Spending a lifetime looking for what’s wrong and exploring past pains might provide some self awareness, but it can also become a pattern that keeps you stuck by always trying to fix yourself.

When you take steps towards new ways of freedom, your fears, unhealed wounds and blind spots will all surface to your mind to be listened to, forgiven and healed. It’s not our aim to go after the suffering, as it will naturally find us when it’s ready to be released.

Often it’s not an exact method that leads to our healing, but rather a space of unconditional belief that Love is the only thing happening, even through the hurt, anger and sadness. In this pillar, the space is ready for you to explore all that’s getting in the way of your freedom.
