The Grounded Self is like the set of roots that anchor a tree in the soil, allowing for the tree’s upward growth to then begin. By bringing awareness to the physical body, which is the most profound doorway into being present in your life, you will begin to feel more daily gratitude and live in an abundant flow of blessings.

Each session will begin with the practice of a simple slowing down and breathing meditation. In this meditation, we will drop below the chattering, busy mind, and develop a deeper listening to the Creator of your being, whose wisdom for your life is always patiently waiting for your presence.
