Movement and Meditation Schedule
Movement and meditation class is a balance of breath, fluid movement and full body integration. This class tends to be on the slower paced side of common classes, but focuses on getting into the deep connective tissue to open the bodies capacity for healing and flexibility.
A majority of the movements have an emphasis on creating flexibility and freedom in the pelvis, spine, and neck. There is a soft intention for students to draw away from the traditional linear yoga postures of “following the teacher” or moving from point A to B back to A. In this, it invites the central nervous system to experience movement from the place of safe uncertainty as oppose to the logical, thinking mind that needs to know what’s happening at every moment.
Tom’s way of teaching is inspired by long standing meditation practice, Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy, Yin yoga, Feldenkrais movement, and Restorative yoga.
Beginners and advanced yogis are welcome and will leave feeling more present, relaxed, and connected.

When I met Tom I was in the hardest point in my life. I was full of self-doubt, heart-broken from a past relationship, and felt so afraid to face my future. In the sessions, Tom guided me to discover my inner strength and the vision to take the next direction in my life.
Tom’s vision of being a global leader and his passion for life inspired me to start thinking what’s the meaning of my life, what truly makes me happy?
Today I am working for a company based in Shanghai as a full time Life Coach. Thank you Tom for your unconditional support and your firm faith in me. When I felt like the door to the outside world was closed, it was you who guided me to open a window to my inner world.Olivia X.
When I met Tom I had been searching for a coach for quite a while. I found myself in a very confusing, frustrating place with my career and didn’t have a clue how to make the changes to live a quality life.
Tom was an absolute god-send. I learned some of the biggest lessons I’ve ever learned in my life. I don’t say this exaggerating in any way; it’s the absolute truth. He taught me the power of worth, self-love and presence. To accept and appreciate the parts of me that are shiny just as much as the parts that are not.
After Tom’s help in becoming more aware, I was able to understand the habitual thought processes and limiting beliefs that were holding me back. Realizing that what I needed was not the right answers, but rather the right questions.
With no hesitation I would recommend his coaching!Matt T.
